Before co-founding Haven Law, she served as Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice, where she represented IRCC and CBSA in judicial review matters before the Federal Court, and has also worked at multiple firms where she focused on immigration law.
Joshua is a Vancouver-based immigration and refugee lawyer with over a decade of experience as both a lawyer and a decision-maker. Before co-founding Haven Law, he spent years as a Member of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Board, where he heard and decided hundreds of cases at both the first-level and appellate levels of the Board.
